1.5oz No Show Mesh Roll - 10" x 10yd - White
Description
The Hook: Eliminate the "stabilizer shadow" on light-colored garments. Achieve permanent, professional stability on performance wear, pique knits, and T-shirts without the bulky footprint of traditional cutaways.
What It Is: Our 1.5oz No Show Mesh is an embossed nylon stabilizer engineered for the modern apparel era. Unlike standard nonwovens that have a dominant grain, this mesh features a technical diagonal-stability weave. This ensures your design stays square and puck-free through repeated wash cycles while remaining translucent and virtually invisible behind the fabric.
Application Guidelines:
- The Performance Polo Essential: This is the industry-standard foundation for 100% polyester "moisture-wicking" shirts. Its lightweight profile prevents the embroidery from feeling like a heavy "badge" on thin, technical fabrics.
- Left-Chest Logic: Optimized for corporate left-chest logos on pique knits and microfiber apparel. It provides the perfect balance of "give" and "hold," moving with the garment's natural stretch.
- Infant & Sensitive Skin: Because it is made of soft nylon fibers, it provides a non-irritating finish against the skin, making it an excellent choice for infant onesies and high-end boutique tees.
⚠️ THE LABORATORY "SANDWICH" RECIPE:
For higher stitch counts (above 8,000–10,000 stitches) on thin fabrics, use the No Show Sandwich. Layer one piece of No Show Mesh against the garment and "float" a piece of 1.5oz Tearaway underneath. You get the rock-solid stability for the stitch-out, and once the tearaway is popped off, you're left with a soft, translucent finish.
Laboratory Pro-Tips:
- The "Invisible" Edge: When trimming, use a curved-tip shear to get close to the design. The nylon mesh is soft enough that the edges won't "poke" through the fabric, leaving a clean, retail-ready finish.
- Grain Management: Our mesh is designed for multi-directional stability. You can hoop it in any direction, reducing waste on your 10" rolls and allowing for maximum yield per yard.
- Durability: Fully stable through industrial laundering and dry-cleaning; maintaining its structural support for the life of the garment.
