What It Is: Our 1.5oz No Show Mesh is a woven, embossed nylon stabilizer designed specifically for today's moisture-wicking, high-stretch fabrics. Unlike traditional opaque cutaways that show through light-colored shirts, this sheer mesh provides extreme multi-directional needle support while maintaining the natural drape and softness of the garment.

Application Guidelines:

• Performance Wear & Polos: The absolute gold standard for moisture-wicking golf shirts. It prevents the fabric from puckering and stretching out of shape during high-speed production.
• Modern & Vintage Appliqué: When building out classic appliqué archetypes—especially heavy designs adapted for modern multi-needle machines—you need a foundation that supports dense, overlapping satin borders without adding rigidity.
• The "Diagonal Shift" Technique: For exceptionally dense stitch counts (over 10,000 stitches) on stretchy fabrics, hoop two layers of mesh, but rotate the second layer 45 degrees. This creates a locked, multi-directional grid that completely stops fabric pull.
