This standard grade is a "heavy" firm 1.80 oz/yd2 wet laid, nonwoven tearaway, composed of synthetic and cellulose fibers, treated with a chemical binder. Needle lubricants are added. This is a dimensionally stable, durable fabric with good coverage that meets laundering, dry cleaning, stitch holding, and hand requirements for the apparel industry. This product also provides for a clean removal of backing fabric. Used on relatively stable fabrics - one layer - for added definition, medium to heavier stitch counts.
Towels, jeans, bags, jackets. Can be used for making patches.
